Jonathan is an excellent host. His house was perfect for a weekend getaway with all my friends to celebrate St Patrick's Day. His house was adorned with top of the line amenities and his hospitality was exquisite. I recommend his house to any large group looking for a peaceful getaway. House is 15-20min from downtown, and is the perfect distance to enjoy the Georgian coast while also indulging in the downtown festivities.

We enjoyed our first stay in Savannah and the location was perfect. We were quite central to the river and the parks and there were many shops, cafes, and restaurants near the place. Jonathan was very responsive and always available should we needed anything. I would recommend this listing and would use it again for any future visits.

This Airbnb was just what I needed for my 4-day stay in Savannah! It’s on the smaller side (just a bedroom and bathroom) but it felt like the cutest, chic hotel suite in a great spot. I worked remotely during the day and had everything I needed, and I loved being able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I really enjoyed the area and would definitely come back to this spot!

The property is perfect for a large group. We enjoyed the view from the living room, decks, and boat docks. Watching the sunrise from the boat dock was perfect. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking around the marsh.
The home was clean. Fresh towels and bedding. Both kitchen were spotless. Plenty of comfortable seating around areas around the home. Jonathan was one of the most responsive and proactive host. He made sure everything was okay and offered to help with anything. Definitely one of the best hosts!

Very quaint and cozy apartment that I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet, which added to the overall peaceful vibe.
One of the highlights was its proximity to a variety of great restaurants, all within walking distance. This convenience allowed for easy dining options without the hassle of transportation.

What a wonderful gem this gorgeous old house is. We felt right at home.
Porch was wonderful and our 3 year old and 5 year old granddaughter’s absolutely loved the doll house outside and swinging chairs. Jonathan was a great host and he had everything you could wish for in his home. Would highly recommend.

Cozy room in a prime location of Historic Downtown with a GREAT host. It was really nice to be in a walkable area with many restaurants and activities nearby, and have a free parking spot with our stay. Jonathan was very attentive, helpful and great at communicating with us about any needs or questions throughout our stay. Wonderful visit!
